We run a 07 cobalt ls and for the handling we dropped one size in the spindle to strut tower bolts and pulled the bottom of the tire out and push top in and have someone tighten the bolts then weld the washers to the spindle so it cant move. Then do the opposite to the driver side(pull top out and bottom in). We also shimmed the back to match the front. Then measure center of the tread from left to right side on the front tires and set the back side of the passenger side 1/8 inch further out than the front of the tire and it handled great. We also put a ss (2.4 ecotec) intake manifold on it leaving the 2.2 throttle body on it and gained a ton of hp. Hope this helps.
