ford 2.3 esslinger crankshaft pulley and water pump pulley

I just purchased the esslinger 2.3 crankshaft single groove power pulley and the 7 inch waterpump pulley and it seems when both are installed, both pulleys do not line up. Has anybody else had this issue and how much did they have to shim out the crankshaft pulley for both pulleys to line up?
