i am tuner for a three car team we had a very warped head. milled it .025.we then had to shim rocker pedistals .035 to compisate for push rod length since head was lower to block. it is more shim then amount removed due to rocker ratio.havent run it yet but i am expecting good results. also hei coils will help. If you get a set of pistons from a 98 or newer 2200 it will boost compression using the 97 and older cylinder head.
