Hey everyone,
I am just getting into circle track racing and I was wondering what the best car to use in the Enduro class would be. The rule states the car has to be from 1980 to 2005 so there is alot of choices. I used to drag race but have a big interest in circle now. Thanks for all your help! Shawn

for speed and handling, I you could go with a 80-81 camaro, only thing is the unibody construction. but for the years your saying you have to run, the GM metric chassis 80-88 mid size(monte carlo, malibu, grand prix, regal, cutlass) would be good cause the amout of available parts and the full frame. Or the full size b-body GM cars in the same years

it actually depends on your local track rules. as stated, the camaro is a unibody and most tracks wont allow the frame to be tied together but then again the metric car is my favorite..

forsaken7917 I would tend to agree with r_L7_s that you should get a rule bbok from your local track or sanctioning body that you plan to race in it wioll be alot easier to know what your getting into before you buy anything. I too am an old Drag Racer still dabill a little, the Circle Tracks offer alot more seat time on the track but you will have alot more maintainance then a typical bracket Drag car. Good luck with your search keep us posted.   3836bbl
Buy the book "How to build a _____" or "How to tune a _____" You fill in the blanks. & Allways I would "Fill your library before you fill your garage"
