Big Bar Soft Spring

I am wondering what i shuld run for springs on a 1/2 mile semi banked track i want to try the big bar soft spring but i dont no how soft to go in the front i was thinkin around a pair of 300 in the front. i understand the BBSS setup i just dont no how soft i shuld go.....Its a LLM with conventional springs not a coilover car....
