am building a 2.3 ford for my grandson to race this summer. I used the magazine by Steve Smith, Pony Stock Mini Stock Tech.I have assembled the ignition module, coil and capacitor that he recommends to the ford dist. I cannot get a spark out of the coil. The dist. makes an AC current when I rotate it. The coil has current on both sides of the primary coil. Has anyone out there had experience with this, and what do I do. Thanks
