Have you thought of down grading to the 302? they have a better flowing 2bbl intake, and you'd have room for a carb spacer. Holley sells remanufactured 2bbl stock carbs. I've noticed, here in Canada, Ford guys are having success with the 302.
Also, What is "stock" according to your track rules? I know some say that as long at its a manufactures part number, your good, and some that don't

Engine rule:
351W engines only! with stock dimensions. Cast iron intakes only!

Still no response from Ford.

Buy the book "How to build a _____" or "How to tune a _____" You fill in the blanks. & Allways I would "Fill your library before you fill your garage"

Hi
See my postings under:Asphalt racing - Thunderbird set-up.
This is a factory stock car. So no track bar, open dif, so minimal stagger. I will post back with last air #'s
Looking for shocks that fit!??

FYI, if you google thunderbird short track setups, it brings you to the other thread by tbirdless here in circletrack, I've looked it up numerous times
