Turbo 350 tranny direct drive HELP!!!

I have a turbo 350 transmission that I have in my dirt car and I have a direct drive hook-up just like what the powerglide uses. My problem is, I have no way of starting off from a dead stop. The powerglide has fluid lock valve bodies and stuff and even the old ball valve type system inside the *** pit to get it going. Does anyone have any information on how I can make my TH350 into a fluid lock or ball valve transmission so i can eliminate the torque converter and run direct Drive?
