Legends Cars competed on the ticket with UARA-Stars on May 29 at Newport Speedway in Newport TN. Each driver proudly flew an American Flag from their car during the parade lap in a salute to Servicemen who gave theri lives to protect our freedoms on this Memorial Day. The fans were on their feet and applauding both the Legends Salute and those very same veterans. Look at the UARA-Stars website at the bottom for a picture of that salute.

Chris McKinney (13) both set on the pole and won the race. The son-father team of Taylor (30) and Rick Coffman (80) finished 2nd & 3rd. Brian Tinker (14) got his first 4th place finish of the year and Zack Walton got a 5th on a track he had never raced on before.

We race again on June 5th at Lonesome Pine Raceway (Coeburn, VA) and welcome all fans and drivers.
