Six local TN/VA drivers to compete for $1,000,0000

Six local TN/VA Legend Car drivers are going to compete this weekend (July 15-July 17th) in the Legends Million race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.  This competition will pay the winner $250,000 and all the way back through the field.   The 32 finisher will get $10,000.  The drivers have been periodically practicing in the Summer Shootout and special practice dates.  The drivers are Dace Johnson, Hayden Woods, Tyler Goodwin, John Lamon, Chad Finchum, and Brian Tinker.

Inspection, qualifying and heat races begin as early at Wednesday but the Feature Race will be held on Sat July 17th.  This will be the best paying race for Legends ever held and is bringing out the best-of-the-best from across the country and across the seas.  Tickets are cheap (Adults - $50 for the weekend or $25 for Saturday only).  If you can’t be there the race will be televised live on SPEEDTV beginning at 7:30 on Sat.  For race info, go to www.charlottemotorspeedway.com .  If you have any questions about Legends, contact Thunder Legends Racing at thunderlegends@comcast.net.   SEE YOU AT THE RACES ! ! ! !
