Must run a hard tire on RR, need help with setup.

Must run a 55 Hoosier or 56 American Racer tire. This is on a Rocket chassis (black Front).
Do I run softer shock on RR?
Run straight bar instead of J-bar?
Softer spring?
Where should I put the lead?

Suggest stiffer spring/shock on RR, and weight LR.
Not to much just enough. Also look at this site and see where you fit in. It is quite helpfull at times to understand what is going on.
