in circle track track mag they say hard bushings may be used in most points but soft ruber should be used in some too absorb the torque created in roll would solid spherical bearinged bushings do the same if not wich points should you use the softies

I personally favor a solid setup, as any compliant bushing is only going to give you inconsistent handling results. When you have solid bushings, there is no compliance, thus your handling will be more consistent. However, you may need to reinforce the pick up points, as any forces transmitted will not be absorbed or dampened by a compliant rubber bushing. This will put a lot more stress on those points, stress which was originally dampened by the rubber bushings from the factory. So to prevent a failure of those points I would strongly recommend reinforcing them.

Hard bushing in lower control arms and soft bushings in upper control arms on the rear. This kind of bushing combination can increase forward bite in a stock 4 link. An easy way to make a standard bushing softer is to drill holes all the way thru the rubber. Drill 6 to 8 holes with up to a 1/4" bit spread evenly around bushings. This is much cheaper then a set of soft bushings and gives about the same results.
