84 monte carlo street stock setup?

I have been running this class for 2 years now. I have a 1984 Chevy Montecarlo. I won the championship the first year and I got second last year (the cars got a lot faster last year). I have notice alot of the guys are lowering the car in the front. We can cut springs or run any spring the only rule is to run the same sized springs side to side. The track is a 1/4 mile asphalt track with 12 degrees of banking. My question is what should I run for springs, ball joints, bushings (should be stock rubber bushings) and shocks around the car.
