small chevy crankshafts???

honda journal is a new term to me, and i was wondering what would be the postives and negatives of having the rod jounals .200 smaller. i guess the less amount of weight would help it rev quicker and less bearing surface would keep temps down, less friction, more power???? but .200 is quite a bit. does that make it significantly weaker? less capable of rpms?
