buying new heads for my ump modified dirt car engine builder suggested dart pro 1  heads are these heads good or bad and is it worth buying brodix or afr heads. would aprreciate ant info

I have used the pro 1s on a 421 ci with 6.200 rods and flattops and about 12:1 cr. I used this with a 4,7 swap cam and all the other late model goodies. This thing rocked! Thats the only time I have used those heads but if your builder is reputable then he should know whats good for your combo. Thats always the key to a great engine is to match everything. It boils down to making everything work together. Hope this helps.
