9 1/2 or 12" front springs for camaro streetstock?

I see that there are 12" streetstock springs available for direct replacement.
But is it better to run the 9 1/2" springs with spacers,buckets,etc. when using jackbolts?

I run the 9 1/2 on mine.Your jacks will could be bottomed out all the way up with the 12''
