1993 baretta manifold turns cherry red need help !!

My 2.2 litre 1993 baretta 's manifold turns red about half way through the race. Then it starts loosing power. Ive change every senser on it and fuel pump, at least twice and nothing. I have check the inkake for leaks changed injecters but nothing helps . the computer still says its lean . also changed the computer 5 or 6 time. does anyone have any ideas

sounds like exhaust is plugged up. I would check catalytic converter to see if it is plugged. If it is still on I would cut it off & put a piece of straight pipe in its place.I also would check the muffler.The other possibility could be the engine misfiring causing the exhaust manifold to get cherry red.
