Can anyone help me with front-end setup tips for using crown vic. lowers and spindles on a 80 camaro. Running on 1/4  mile banked dirt ?

Are you  needing camber, caster etc.. setting or wanting to know how to get the arms to fit on a camaro?

The arms will fit with a little tweaking. But yes, caster, camber, etc.

if i'm not mistaken the crown vic a-arms will fit a camaro but you half to swap sides left on the right and right on the left. the reason for using them is that they are longer and you don't need to put as much spacing in the upper a-arms to get your caster and camber settings. 21/2 to 3degrees right front and 3 degrees left front caster, and camber i would go with about 3 1/2 to 4 degrees rf and 2 1/2 to 3 degrees lf.

Caster is kind of a driver preference thing.I use a bigger split +5 r/f +3l/f.The car will pull to the left on the straight a little but turn in a little better.

I used them afew years ago because I had a wide rearend in the car.You need to keep an eye on front to rear track alignment.A good starting piont is to have the r/r even to 1" inside the r/f and the l/r even to 1"outside thel/f.They help the most when there is some traction in the track. If your track has some banking or doesn't get real dry slick they will work good.
