I have a 1976 Camaro that I am Enduro(stock)racing on a high banked 1/4 mile oval 16 degrees & 18 degrees of banking in the turns. I am new to this and basically have gotten to where I am by alot of paying attention to other drivers and lots of luck. My car is fast but I need it to handle in the turns. I could use some help with front end suspension and how the sway bar should be. Any help would be appreciated.

What do you have for springs in the front/rear?
Are you allowed to change them?
What is your crosswieght, tire stagger, etc.
A good rule of thumb for swaybars is when the car is loose, use your swaybar bolt and pull down on the driver side end of the swaybar. Think of it as making the car push more wieght on the passenger front tire by pulling up on the driver front tire. tight is vice/versa.
