What formula(s) does anyone use on a regular basis?

AND

Does anyone know the formula for g-force in the corner?  I can't find it anywhere.

The formula for G-force is as follows:

LA = V(squared) / 32R

LA = lateral acceleration (G-force)
V = velocity in feet per second
R = radius of the turn
TC = tire circumference
FG = final gear ratio
RPM = engine RPM at mid-turn

to find Velocity, or V, use this formula
V = TC x RPM / 12 x FG x 60
