hi our track just legalized the short wheelbased 4th gen camaro, so i'm running one. I've got a 600lb RF, 550 LF, 250 RR and 200 LR, neutral set 1 inch swaybar, 52% front, 45% cross (seems to like this, even though it is still really tight. 55% left side w/driver and full tank.
Iwas wondering if anyone has ever set one of these cars up and might have some insight.
Right now the car is really tight at the apex and loose off the corners. the way the car is right now, it sits with 1025 LBS on the left front, and abour 760 on the other three. however after a race, that tire isn't really that warm, so I think all the wieght is transfered off of it. I'm thinking more spring rate in the right rear will keep the car from "rocking" over the RF/LR diagonal and keep some load on the left front. this is furthered by the fact that adding shims (no wieght jacks allowed) to the RR spring seemed to help quite a bit.
thanks!
